Pre-Qualify

When you locate the house that catches your eye, and you want to make an offer, being pre-qualified for a loan will do a couple of things. The first is that you will know what you can afford when calculating the offer.
Having pre-qualification also will make your offer look even better to the seller, like you were bringing them a suitcase of cash! They need not be concerned they're wasting their time if you can't be able to qualify for a big enough mortgage. The seller won't be concerned that he can't count on you to qualify for your loan.Your qualifying for the necessary mortgage loan amount won't be something for them to worry about. You'll have the influence of a buyer ready to make the deal on the spot!
